Editor
Lingospot Editor is the second module of the Lingospot APP. Editor makes it easy for online publishers and curators to create automatically updating content pages that seamlessly integrate editorially selected content with live search results. As a full-featured page creation system, the Lingospot Editor simplifies management of pages by creating unique rules for automated sections of a page. These rules can include the sources to search, the keywords to search for and templates for displaying the results. The pages are created via a simple drag-and-drop interface and may combine:
- editorially handpicked content, such as links, articles, photos, videos, etc.
- search of a publication's content, including articles, photos, videos, quotes, etc.
- search of external content including Mixer channels and other content sources, such as Yelp, Amazon, YouTube, Wikipedia, Flickr, etc.
- search of real time comments, tweets, etc.
- embedded elements such as maps, video players, widgets, interactive presentations, commenting tools, etc.
Lingospot Editor is extremely easy to use, yet its powerful capabilities will please even the most demanding editorial teams. By handling the technology behind the aggregation, categorization, search and management of content, Lingospot frees up editorial time to compose pages that best exemplify their unique viewpoint.
