Alex Bangash

Alex Bangash is the founder of Trusted Insight, an institutional investor marketplace and social network for Alternatives, and Rumson, an adviser to institutional investors focused on venture capital and emerging markets. Since 2003, Rumson has helped clients invest over $1.0 billion in more than 50 funds, including some of the very best VC funds backing the marquee companies of last decade. Rumson clients include top ten foundations, endowments, pensions, and sovereign wealth funds. Prior to Rumson, Alex held various positions at Bell Labs, AT&T, Lucent in Optical and Wireless Networking and Supply Chain. He also worked in the ecommerce division at General Electric. Alex holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MENG in Operations Research and a BA in Computer Sciences, Eng. Lit., and Economics, both from Cornell University.

Susan Douglas

From editing national newspapers in the mid market, to repositioning major local groups, to launching on-line sites, newsstand magazines, the contract magazine market and most recently, book publishing, Susan Douglas has an invaluable overview, proven commercial success and a global network of contacts. Most of all, she has perspective. From Assistant Editor at the Daily Mail (1988-1991), Susan Douglas went on to be the Deputy Editor at the Sunday Times (1991-1995), then one of the most senior roles held by a woman in newspapers. After a short period as Editor of the Sunday Express (1995-1996), Sue went on to work as Media Consultant before taking on the role as President of New Business at Conde Nast Publications Ltd (2001-2007). Since then Sue has taken on Media Consultancy roles for companies such as PFD literary agent and Harper Collins Publishers and set up her business Kontent in 2009 offering editorial content, stories, movies, digital content, book ideas and IP to brands. Clients include Diageo, Ideal Shopping TV, Future Publishing, Barefoot Children's digital publisher (US) and LUXE-TV.

Tony Kypreos

Tony is a founding investor in Springboard Accelerator, a shareholder / board member of Lingospot Inc, and ScreenReach Ltd. He is also a shareholder in P2i Labs, Minimonos, apiary.io, Hubflow and a board adviser to Upstream Systems. Previously he was Group Managing Director of Bauer Digital one of the world's largest privately owned media companies where he played a key role in the €1.4BN M&A integration of EMAP Plc. Prior to Bauer he was on the operational board of T-Mobile International as Group Executive Vice President Business Development & Innovation. He joined T-Mobile International as Vice President Messaging where he led a team that designed and launched Flext, Western Europe's most commercially successful mobile operator voice/SMS service. He also served on the advisory board for Deutsche Telekom's VC arm, T-Ventures. Tony was in the leadership team for the IPO of Agency.com (NASDAQ: ACOM) as Vice President Strategic Services. In addition to his Telecoms Media and Technology experience, he has a passion for consumers and brands gained during nine years in marketing roles at Nestle SA and Diageo Plc. At Nestle he led the strategy for EMEA region promotional policy for over €1BN marketing spend and was the youngest Marketing Controller responsible for a brand portfolio including Nesquik, Coffeemate and Carnation. He holds a BSc (Hon) in Physics & Electronic Systems, Brunel University and an MBA from Henley Business School majoring in corporate venturing and innovation.

Pankaj Paul

Pankaj Paul is Managing Editor, Knowledge@Wharton and General Manager of the Wharton Entrepreneurship and Family Business Research Centre in Abu Dhabi. Previously, he managed content development and deployment for digital initiatives at ContentOne, a division of the Gannett Company, Inc. Before joining Gannett, he was the Managing Editor of the Hindustan Times, a 1.4 million circulation, English-language daily newspaper in India. Pankaj has also worked as the Managing Editor of The News Journal and delawareonline.com in Delaware, a Gannett newspaper in Delaware. He joined The News Journal after working at the San Jose Mercury News in San Jose, CA. He previously worked for news organizations in Florida, Philadelphia, Colorado and New Jersey. He has taught new media journalism at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. and at the University of Delaware. Pankaj is also a principal with Vicaara, a media content and technology strategy consultancy that has done work in England, Mexico, India and the United Arab Emirates. Pankaj is a Ph.D candidate at ISEG, Technical University of Lisbon.
